If you have any thoughts or ideas around this, feel free to strike a conversation on our slack!

The most hated airline is also the most profitable
“One of the biggest mistakes an entrepreneur can make is to believe a potential customer when she says she likes the pitched idea. A fantastic example of this is Spirit Airlines. It’s the most hated airline in the US but it is also the most profitable. How can that be?
Clearly, for the vast majority of air travelers, no matter what they say online, the desire to save money while traveling is more important than their desire for comfort.”
Thus, evidence of desire lies in people's behaviors, not in what they say. Same holds true for habit building.
A foolproof 101 guide to get you started on building sustainable habits
Personally speaking, building habits was a way for myself to really understand who I was as a person. I themed 2020 as a ‘Year of Exploration’ for myself and found a few ways to get started with stress-testing habits you’d want to build and sustain for a lifetime.
The results you’ve achieved till date is a lagging indicator of the things you did in the past. How you spend your today is a leading indicator of what your future looks like.
If you were to do some back of the envelope math on this idea, it’d point out to correlating your activities to your outcomes. Getting visibility on that, so you can course correct and intervene whenever necessary.
In a world of outliers, most people miss out on seemingly average stuff like showing up everyday and being consistent and accountable.
That’s really where the compounding happens, and the snowballing takes place. Force multipliers like that don’t just shape the activity you’re trying to do, but your overall personality.
